Ozarks Sports Zone is looking for the area's most knowledgeable sports fan. Take the 10-question quiz and test your skills for your chance to compete in the 18-player, bracket style tournament Sat. July 30 at the Ozark Empire Fair in Springfield.
All 18 finalists will receive a $15 gift card to Play it Again Sports, a treat card to Andy's Frozen Custard, two passes and one parking pass to the fair and an O-Zone t-shirt. The grand champion wins a $200 gift card to Play it Again Sports and one Andy's concrete a week for an entire year!
The quiz is open until Fri. July 15 at Noon. Winners will be contacted by phone between 3:00 pm CT and 5:00 pm CT on July 15, 2016.
*Participant must answer the call to be eligible for the contest. Please only enter if you can attend the fair for the duration of the contest on Sat. July 30.

OFFICIAL RULES:
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY OR RECEIVE PRIZE. MUST BE A MISSOURI OR ARKANSAS RESIDENT AND 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Limit one Official Entry per eligible person. Entry in this contest constitutes acceptance of these official rules.
2. HOW TO PLAY & WIN. Starting July 11, 2016, visitors will have the ability to click on an entry link located on OzarksSportsZone.com. This link will take the visitor to an online sports trivia quiz. Visitors will be required to complete the quiz and fill out the required contact information to enter. Any attempt to duplicate or forge entries will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
3. CONTEST SCHEDULE AND AWARD OF PRIZE. Contestants can complete the online sports trivia quiz to enter the contest from July 11, 2016 through July 15, 2016 at noon. On July 15, 2015 at 3 pm, 18 contestants will be chosen from the top scorers of the online quiz as finalists to compete in a tournament at The Ozarks Empire Fair, Saturday, July 30.
Prizes consist of the following:
(18) Finalist Prize – a $15 gift card to Play it Again Sports, a treat card to Andy's Frozen Custard, two passes and one parking pass to the fair and an O-Zone t-shirt.

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for any cash value, substitutions or cash equivalents. KY3 reserves the right to make rules or contest changes without notice at any time and reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest date without notice.
4. TO VERIFY AND REDEEM PRIZE. Prize drawing will be held on July 15, 2016 at 3 pm at KY3 to select qualifying finalists. Qualifying finalists must be able to attend the tournament, Saturday, July 30 at The Ozark Empire Fair in Springfield, MO, or a replacement contestant will be chosen. KY3 is not responsible for any circumstances that may occur hindering the potential winner’s ability to enter the contest via the online quiz or travel to attend the tournament and is not responsible for any travel costs. Prize winners will be subject to verification and must make themselves available for such verification or will be subject to forfeiture of the prize. Prize winners may be required to show one form of photo identification and proof that the participant is more than eighteen years of age. Failure to show required verification may mean forfeiture of the prize. If winner cannot or will not meet any terms of the agreement, another winner will be chosen from the remaining qualifying entries.
5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. Completing the online submission form is solely the responsibility of the participant. Difficulties entering the contest are not the responsibility of KY3 or any other related sponsor. By participating, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. The decision of KY3 management in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the official contest rules, and agree not to institute any kind of litigation or other claims against KY3 for anything related to or touching upon the contest. If the winner is found in violation of these rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize. Participant waives the right to assert as a cost of winning any prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption to travel to redeem said prizes and any liability, which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem, said prizes. 6. ELIGIBILITY. Participation is open to Missouri and Arkansas residents 18 years old or older with a valid photo ID. (a) Persons who are employees of KY3, or Andy's Frozen Custard and Play It Again Sports, their subsidiaries or their franchises; employees or agents of services agencies or independent contractors of the above organizations, (b) individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of materials for this promotion, and (c) persons who are the immediate family of, i.e. mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, or spouse, regardless of where they live, or who resides in the same household, whether related or not as any person in the preceding categories.
7. DRAWING. KY3 will conduct the drawing in a manner deemed appropriate. All decisions are final.
8. ODDS. The number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning. Participants may enter one time per contest during the contest period. Duplicate entries in a given contest will be eliminated from the contest.
