Class 6 – District 4: CLICK HERE FOR THE BRACKET
No. 4 Rockhurst 26, No. 1 Kickapoo 3 – FINAL – CLICK HERE FOR FULL RECAP/PHOTOS/VIDEO
Kickapoo was held out of the endzone for the first time all season in Friday night’s loss to Rockhurt. The Hawklets scored on a 63-yard opening drive and added single touchdowns in every quarter, slowly pulling away from the Chiefs. Maverick McGee’s injury absence finally reared its head as Kickapoo managed just 21 rushing yards.

No. 1 Glendale 56, No. 4 Branson 20 – FINAL – CLICK HERE FOR PHOTOS
Branson gave undefeated Glendale more than it may have expected in this one. The Falcons led just 28-20 with 3:46 remaining in the third quarter before a pair of quick strikes in those final four minutes put Glendale up 42-20 to start the fourth. A touchdown with 36 seconds remaining in the first half gave Glendale a 28-14 halftime lead.

No. 2 Ozark 27, No. 3 Lebanon 13 – FINAL – CLICK HERE FOR FULL RECAP/VIDEO/PHOTOS
Ozark used 229 rush yards to wear down Lebanon, scoring 20 unanswered points to turn a 13-7 second-quarter deficit into the 27-13 final. The Yellowjackets still led at the half, 13-10, building its lead off 52- and 22-yard John Berry touchdown runs. The Tigers will face undefeated top-seed Glendale in for the district title. Ozark tied Lebanon, 13-13, on a 26-yard Chandler Doss field goal, one of two for the junior kicker. An 18-yard Ryan Taylor touchdown gave Ozark the lead for good. Ozark’s defense held Lebanon to under 100 yards in the second half. The teams combined for 72 yards passing.

No. 1 Carthage 28, No. 4 Willard 14 – FINAL – CLICK HERE FOR PHOTOS
Carthage led an underrated Willard team the whole way, capitalizing on a fumble recovery at the Willard 28 late in the third quarter by going up 28-14 on a 28-yard Trey Collins touchdown run. Carthage is heading to its district title game for the third consecutive season.

No. 2 Nixa 38, No. 3 Neosho 31 – FNIAL/DOUBLE OVERTIME – CLICK HERE FOR FULL RECAP/VIDEO/PHOTOS
Nixa broke up a Coleman Scott pass on 4th-and-3 from the Nixa six-yard line in double overtime to secure a trip to its district title and put away Neosho after a frantic final minute of regulation. Neosho went up 24-17 with 1:08 remaining on an 11-yard Coleman Scott touchdown scramble that capped a 75-yard drive. It took Andrew Rivera and the Eagles just 34 seconds to march right back and tie things, 24-24, when Rivera hit Sean Sample for a 25-yard touchdown. Sample had tied the game, 17-17, on a 50-yard field goal with 5:09 remaining in the game. Neosho converted on a 4th-and-21 on its first overtime possession, one that eventually saw Scott run in from one-yard out. Oropeza responded with a five-yard touchdown run to force the second overtime. Nixa went up, 31-24, on a one-yard Rivera touchdown run that ended up being the game-winner.

Class 4 – District 4
No. 6 Rolla 35, No. 2 Union 14 – FINAL
Rolla keeps rolling! The Bulldogs dominated two-seed Union and is headed to its district title, proving that its tough regular-season Ozark Conference schedule prepared it nicely for the Class 4 tournament. A trio of Josh Pritchet touchdown runs (9 yards, 28 yards, 27 yards) put Rolla up 21-0 with 8:27 remaining in the first half. Xavier Douglas added two rushing scores in the third quarter (3 yards, 47 yards), putting the Bulldogs (3-8) up 35-7. Rolla will face Parkway West (5-4) for the district title.

Class 4 – District 5: CLICK HERE FOR THE BRACKET
No. 1 Carl Junction 50, No. 4 Bolivar 21 – FINAL
Bolivar didn’t provide much of a challenge for Carl Junction Friday. The Bulldogs led 50-7 with nearly eight minutes remaining in the third quarter, cruising to a much-anticipated district title match against Webb City.

No. 2 Webb City 42, No. 3  West Plains 6 – FINAL – CLICK HERE FOR FULL RECAP/PHOTOS
Webb City held West Plains to just 17 first-half yards and limited 2,000-yard rusher Keegan Hoopes to just 61 yards on 18 carries, staking a 35-0 halftime lead and cruising by the Zizzers in the second half. The Cardinals used touchdown runs from Terrel Kabala and Durand Henderson to go up 14-0 in the first quarter.

Webb City stat leaders:
Durand Henderson: 9 car., 183 yards, 2 TD

Class 4 – District 6
No. 1 Harrisonville 40, No. 5 Nevada 0 – FINAL
Top-seed Harrisonville led Nevada (3-8) 33-0 at the half. The shutout was the fifth of Nevada’s offense this season. Harrisonville recorded its 600th all-time program win in the game.

No. 4 Mount Vernon 26, No. 1 Reeds Spring 20 – FINAL – CLICK HERE FOR FULL RECAP/VIDEO/PHOTOS
Reeds Spring turned a 12-0 second-quarter deficit into a 13-12 third-quarter lead thanks to a punt return touchdown, but the Mountaineers responded with 14 unanswered points, holding on for one of the nights bigger by-seed upsets. Mount Vernon had lost to Reeds Spring, 47-34, in Week 1. The Wolves finished with 228 rush yards (412 total).

No. 2 Monett 35, No. 3 Cassville 21 – FINAL – CLICK HERE FOR FULL RECAP/VIDEO/PHOTOS
Monett led Cassville 14-0 early in the second quarter thanks to touchdown runs from Ian Meyer and Michael Branch. Cassville would cut that lead to 14-7 but trailed 21-7 at the half after Branch added his second score. The Wildcats were without River Phelps for the second half after the 1,600-yard halfback left with a lower-body injury on the final play of the first half. Monett led 28-14 through three quarters thanks to a third score by Branch and would extend that lead to 35-14 on a Meyer touchdown pass to Brian Parra-Navarro in the fourth quarter.

Class 2 – District 3: CLICK HERE FOR THE BRACKET
No. 1 MV-BT/Liberty 65, No. 4 Diamond 14 – FINAL
Diamond hung with Liberty early and even led the Eagles 14-7 in the first quarter. That lead wouldn’t last into the second as Liberty led 15-14 at the end of the first and 36-14 at the half. The Eagles remain undefeated with the win and will face Mountain Grove for the district title.

Mountain Grove is the only team to shutout Ava this season, and the Panthers have now done it twice. For Grove’s defense, this was the fifth shutout of their season. They’ll get a rematch with rival Liberty in the district title next week.

No. 1 Lamar 70, No. 4 Stockton 19 – FINAL
Lamar won its 30th consecutive postseason game with this shellacking of Stockton. This game was 63-0 before Stockton got on the board with 2:03 remaining in the first half. Lamar led 42-0 after the first quarter.

No. 2 Fair Grove 38, No. 6 El Dorado Springs 6 – FINAL – CLICK HERE FOR PHOTOS
Undefeated Fair Grove will get its shot against seemingly unstoppable Lamar in next week’s district title thanks to Friday’s semifinal win over El Dorado Springs. The Eagles led 10-0 at the half and 38-0 in the fourth quarter.

No. 1 Ash Grove 38, No. 4 Sarcoxie 0 – FINAL – CLICK HERE FOR PHOTOS
Ash Grove’s defense limited Sarcoxie to 135 total yards to set up the Pirates with a district-title showdown against Thayer next week. Ash Grove led 15-0 in the first quarter and 28-0 at the half.

Thayer took it to a young Pierce City team, leading 22-0 after 12 minutes and 34-0 through three quarters. A win over Ash Grove next week would secure a second straight district title.

No. 2 Lockwood 21, No. 3 Adrian 7 – FINAL
Lockwood has a shot at its first district title this decade thanks to Friday’s win over Adrian. A seven-yard Will Beerly touchdown run put the Tigers up 21-7 with four minutes remaining. Lockwood went ahead 14-7 when Beerly hit Paxton Masterson on a six-yard touchdown pass early in the fourth quarter. A 26-yard touchdown from Beerly to Masterson drew Lockwood even heading into halftime. Lockwood finished with 365 total yards of offense (273 rushing) to 266 for Adrian.

Shawn Bryan ran for a nearly unbelievable 478 yards and seven touchdowns on 20 carries, helping Skyline to a 35-6 halftime lead over Crest Ridge. The Tigers will get a shot at undefeated Lincoln in next week’s district title. Bryan was just five yards short of the program’s single-game rush record and is now sitting on 2,553 yards and 41 touchdowns this season.
