Glendale and head coach Brian McTague have set up the most loaded field in the Ozark Mountain Shootout’s young history.
The highlight player of the shootout scheduled for Dec. 9 and 10 is Trae Young from Norman North (Okla.). Young is the No. 14 prospect in the 2017 rankings with offers from Kentucky, Kansas, Washington, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Texas Tech. Norman North faces host Glendale on Friday at 9 p.m.
In all, there are nine different teams ranked in the top ten of their respective class and state. There are 18 total players that either already have offers or are receiving Division 1 interest.
