The Missouri High School Baseball Coaches Association released its preseason rankings with several Southwest Missouri programs represented. Each class is represented by multiple schools led by Class 2 with four schools in the top 7. Aurora is the lone top-ranked squad. The Houn’ Dawgs (27-4 in 2016) return a bulk of their team from last year that reached the Class 4 semifinals.
