GIRLS DISTRICTS

Class 3 – District 11 Tournament: CLICK HERE FOR THE BRACKET
Strafford 84, Hollister 17 – FINAL
Sophomore Hayley Frank had her fifth triple-double of the season, finishing with 30 points, 15 rebounds, 12 steals and seven assists. Abby Oliver scored 18 and Logan Jones added 11 points. Strafford plays Catholic in the semifinals on Wednesday.
Catholic 50, Ash Grove 36 – FINAL  CLICK HERE FOR STORY AND PHOTOS
4-seed Catholic advances to play top seed Strafford at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the semifinals. Madison Chittenden scored 19 to lead the Irish. Ash Grove was led by Kennedi Climer’s 16 points.
Clever 65, Forsyth 32 – FINAL    CLICK HERE FOR STORY AND PHOTOS
Harper Little scored 16 to send Clever into Wednesday’s semifinal round, where the Blue Jays face the winner of Buffalo-Fair Grove. Ashton Davidson scored 10 to lead Forsyth.
Fair Grove 49, Buffalo 34 – FINAL
Fair Grove came roaring back after a two-point halftime deficit. Fair Grove plays Clever in the semifinals on Wednesday. Sophomore Alana Findley had 25 points and 21 rebounds for Fair Grove.

Mount Vernon 71, Diamond 19 – FINAL
Mt. Vernon faces the winner of Seneca-East Newton in Thursday’s semifinals.
Butler 61, El Dorado Springs 44 – FINAL
Butler faces Lamar in Thursday’s semifinals.
Lamar 52, Stockton 33 – FINAL
Seneca 67, East Newton 37 – FINAL
Seneca took control after the first and faces top seed Mt. Vernon at 6 p.m. Thursday in the semifinals.

Skyline 71, Pleasant Hope 21 – FINAL
Skyline plays New Covenant at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the semifinals.
New Covenant 56, Morrisville 35 – FINAL
Spokane 68, Greenwood 13 – FINAL
Casey Wallace scored 21 to lead Spokane. The Owls take on Fair Play on Wednesday in the semifinals.
Fair Play 55, Osceola 41 – FINAL

Top seed Purdy got 14 points from Rion Boyd, 12 points from Sami House and 11 points from Zoe Brown in the victory. Purdy plays McAuley Catholic in the semifinals Wednesday.
McAuley Catholic 62, College Heights 48 – FINAL
Pierce City 57, Southwest 24 – FINAL
Ragan Blinzer scored 18, Belle Golubski scored 14 and Kendyl Hayward added 11 points for Pierce City. Pierce City meets Sarcoxie in the semifinals Wednesday.
Sarcoxie 50, Jasper 33 – FINAL

No. 3 seed Eminence dominated 2-seed Valley in the semifinals matchup. Eminence faces top seed South Iron in the finals on Thursday night.

Goostree scored 18, Lacey scored 11 and Simpson had 10 points to lead Wheaton.

Plato dominated the fourth quarter, outscoring the Trojans 18-2 to claim the victory in the 4-versus-5 matchup. Plato faces top seed Hartville at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Hartville 87, Norwood 39 – FINAL
Hartville rolls to victory in the 1-8 matchup. Hartville plays Plato on Wednesday in the semifinals.
Mansfield 76, Gainesville 28 – FINAL
Fordland 58, Seymour 52 – FINAL
Fordland rallied late to force OT and advance to Wednesday’s semifinal round, where the Eagles will play Mansfield.

Newburg 59, Vienna 35 – FINAL
Trey Gaedke had 17 points and Tayler Newton added 10 points for Newburg. The Wolves face Crocker on Wednesday in the semifinals.

Iberia 69, Laquey 42 – FINAL
Iberia plays Richland on Wednesday in the semifinals.
Richland 76, Belle 57 – FINAL
Tanner Riddle scored 19, Ethan Fagre scored 14 and Dillon Zeigenbein had 11 points to lead Richland.

Hermitage 91, Humansville 47 – FINAL
Hermitage led 27-6 after the first quarter and 55-22 by halftime. Dillon Meyer (25), Jeff Salmon (23), Austin Hostettler (13) and Victor Le Verdier (12) all scored in double figures for the Hornets.
Lakeland 75, Weaubleau 62 – FINAL
Lakeland plays top seed Hermitage in the semifinals Wednesday.
Wheatland 79, Climax Springs 51 – FINAL
Mules senior Zac Sutt surpassed 2,000 career points in the game. The Mules take on Macks Creek in the semifinals Wednesday.
Macks Creek 51, Halfway 47 – FINAL
No. 3 seed Macks Creek dodged an upset bid by 6-seed Halfway.
