For the second time in three years Glendale’s “Crimson Girls” won our “Best Dance Team” poll question. GHS raced out to an early lead and held off the rival Kickapoo “Golden Girls” for the win.

With the win the Crimson Girls will be honored at the fifth annual 1 Awards July 25 at Ramada Oasis Convention Center on North Glenstone.

Glendale won all three categories at last weekend’s Missouri State Sugar Bear Invite, including top individual senior Bailey Clark. The Crimson Girls also had a successful weekend at the state competition in St. Charles where they finished second overall in the Class 4A Division.
