The NAIA men’s basketball tournament is happening at Keeter Gymnasium in Point Lookout, and the first round of action featured a surprise guest.
I think he ran out there because Oregon Tech left St. Francis’ Kyle Sovine too open for his three point attempt, so the kid was just going out there to help out on defense. He was wearing a dark shirt, like Tech’s uniforms.
Unfortunately, his contributions weren’t enough. St. Francis won 100-92, and advanced to play No. 1 Seed Cornerstone.
