– Lamar’s defense held Seneca to 48 first-half yards and allowed three first downs while forcing two turnovers in the first half. Cooper Lucas had 13 carries for 136 yards and two touchdowns. Michael Danner was just behind him with 12 carries for 135 yards and two scores of his own. As a team, Lamar rushed for 409 yards on 52 carries.

– Ethan Burson had a night for Willard with a sack, fumble recovery, touchdown reception and a blocked PAT to preserve the win. Republic was able to move the ball with 197 yards rushing and 216 passing, but four turnovers would prove too much to overcome.Â

– Jay Griffin proved that he is back after rushing for 210 yards on 27 carries. Teammate Seth Harris turned 12 carries into 123 yards and five touchdowns. Camdenton rushed for 384 yards as a team. Glendale quarterback Alex Huston was 38-for-61 for 468 yards and five touchdowns.

– Shannon Haney had three touchdowns and 140 yards rushing on 26 carries to lead Cassville. Mt. Vernon running back Sammy Robinson needed just 19 carries to gain 221 yards. He scored all three of Mt. Vernon’s touchdowns.

–Â Lockwood had 337 total yards on offense as a team with 253 of those coming on the ground. Paxton Masterson completed three passes for three touchdowns and 84 total yards. He also had five carries for 62 yards and was 6-for-6 on extra points. Justin Nentrup had seven carries for 94 yards and two touchdowns.
