Thayer Lady Bobcat Senior, Julie Stone made her official collegiate basketball commitment today among family, friends & teammates & coaches
Julie signed a letter of intent to play basketball next fall at College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout, MO.
Julie Stone is a 5’7 shooting guard. In her junior season, Julie averaged 17.5 ppg, 5.5 rpg, 5.3 apg, 4.7 steals per game while shooting 50% from the field. She shot 39.4% from the three point line and 71% from the free throw line. Stone is a three-time All-District selection, three-time All-Conference selection, and two-time SCA Conference Player of the Year. Last season, Julie led her team to a 25-1 record, including an undefeated regular season before falling in the district finals to the eventual state champion. Julie is a multi-sport athlete, also competing in volleyball.
