Seymour has a new coach after a 10-win season a year ago. Trent Copling takes over the Lady Tigers program this season.
The Lady Tigers will have to replace two graduated all-conference selections in Riley Harris and Darbie Noonan.
He will lean on two sophomores in Karli Henry and Crystal Misemer to provide leadership Henry is a forward while Misemer plays on the perimeter as a two-guard.
Junior Amy Herion and freshman Hailey Felton will also have an impact on the varsity equation.

Copling hopes to be able to turn around a program he thinks underachieved last season.
“I believe that the team under achieved last and part of that is because we need to learn how to win. We have the skills and abilities, we just need to learn to put it all together,” Copling said.
Overall he hopes to use this season as a developmental season with a group of young players playing big minutes.
“My expectations for the season is that it’s going to be a learning year,” Copling said. “We are going to be learning on the court how to play the game but we are also going to be learning and developing a winning culture at Seymour.”
Seymour opens the season on Nov. 16 at Reeds Spring.
