West Plains football star Connor Lair has committed to Missouri State football according to his Twitter account. Lair was previously committed to Southern Illinois University.

Lair was a two-way force for West Plains at running back and linebacker where he was a first-team selection at both positions. On offense, Lair rushed for 720 yards and 20 touchdowns on 87 carries while catching 22 passes for 539 yards and seven touchdowns. Defensively, Lair had 90 total tackles including 21.5 tackles for a loss. He led the team with 10.5 sacks while also pulling down four interceptions.
