Tyler Brouhard and Jay Ball combined for 50 points to lead top seeded Thomas Jefferson past Sheldon in the Class 1 District 7 semifinals.
Brouhard led all scorers with 28 points while Ball added in 22.
The Cavaliers jumped out to a 20-11 lead after on quarter and 32-21 lead at the half. Sheldon would close the gap by two points in the third quarter, but Thomas Jefferson kept Sheldon at bay with a 19-18 advantage in the final quarter on the way to a 65-54 win.
Sheldon was led by 20 points from William Chapman.
Thomas Jefferson will face Golden City at 6:30 pm on Friday in Golden City for the Class 1 District 5 championship.
