Norwood had four players score in double figures on the way to beating Plato in the Class 2 District 10 semifinals on Thursday.
The Pirates led by two after one quarter at 11-9. In the second quarter, Norwood pulled away with a 16-4 advantage in the frame to carry a 27-13 lead into the break.
Kaytlynn Drake, Addi Gray and Loran Mooney all scored 13 points to lead Norwood. Autumn Gunter added in 10 points to give Norwood four players in double figures.
Plato was led by 12 points from Brenna Crouch. Mackenzie Perryman and Makayla Fletcher each scored 10 points in the loss.
No. 1 seed Norwood advances to the Class 2 District 10 title game at 6 pm on Saturday in Cabool. The Pirates will face the winner of Hartville and Bakersfield.
