Mansfield used a big fourth quarter to turn a 28-24 deficit to Licking into a 42-34 district championship win.
The Lions took an 11-9 lead after one quarter. Licking took over the lead at 17-15 at half and 28-24 after three quarters.
In the fourth quarter, Mansfield got it done at the free throw line. The Lions went 10-for-11 from the free throw line in the fourth quarter. Macie Tate scored nine of her 12 points in the fourth quarter while Logan Jones scored six of her team-high 15 points in the final eight minutes. Harleigh Hodges also scored 12 points in the game for Mansfield.

Licking was led by a game-high 18 points from Allie Hock.
Mansfield (24-4) advances to face Steelville (19-9) in the Class 3 sectional round. The game is set to tip off at 7:45 pm on Tuesday in Lebanon.
