Norwood came up just short in the Class 2 third place game falling 44-43 to New Haven to finish fourth place.
Neither team led by more than six in the game. Norwood cut a five-point lead, 44-39, by New Haven down to one with 19 seconds left. The Lady Pirates had a shot to win the game at the buzzer but couldn’t get it to fall.

Kaytlynn Drake led Norwood with 14 points in the final game in a Norwood uniform. Loran Moody was also in double figures for Norwood with 10 points.
New Haven was led by 17 points from Alayna Lagemann with 17 points and Brenna Langenberg with 12 point.
Norwood finishes the season with a 23-8 record overall.
