Republic 3, Kickapoo 2 – FINAL
Nixa 5, Ozark 1 – FINAL

Jackson Gamble threw a complete game with seven strikeouts over seven innings for Nixa against rival Ozark. Nixa scored once in both the bottom of the first the fourth. Ozark cut the lead in half with a run in the top of the sixth. The Eagles responded with a three-run bottom of the sixth to put the game away.

Class 5 District 6: CLICK FOR BRACKET
Willard 3, Branson 2 – FINAL/9
*No. 1 seed Willard trailed host Branson by one run in the bottom of the seventh. Sophomore Matthew Angel hit a home run to tie the game and send it to extras where Willard won in nine innings.
Glendale 7, Camdenton 4 – FINAL
*
Glendale got on the board first in the top half of the first inning. Camdenton answered with two runs in the bottom of the first and two more in the bottom of the third to take a 4-1 lead. Glendale scored six unanswered runs (two in the fifth, one in the sixth and three in the seventh) to take a 7-4 lead on the way to a 7-5 win. Spencer Pottebaum threw 4.1 innings for Glendale with two strikeouts. Mark Ross went 1.2 innings with three strikeouts for the Falcons. Kade Durnin threw five innings and struck out nine for Camdenton. Sebastian Norman and Brooks Kettering each had two RBI for Glendale. Cam Stratton and Kettering led all hitters with three hits each.

Case Sanderson was brilliant on the mound for Nevada with 12 strikeouts over seven innings pitched. He allowed just three hits in the shutout. Nevada’s offense scored once in the first, four times in the fourth and three times in the seventh to secure the win. Sanderson also led the offensive attack with three hits and four RBI.

*Forsyth trailed 4-1 entering the top of the seventh innnings. In the seventh inning, the Panthers exploded for eight runs to take a commanding 9-4 lead. Tristan Hunter threw five innings with nine strikeouts for Forsyth.

*Gainesville got the scoring started with two runs in the second inning. Cabool came back with two runs of its own in the top of the third. The Bulldogs rattled off seven unanswered runs over the next three innings to take a commanding lead. Andrew Hambelton threw 4.2 innings with nine strikeouts to lead Gainesville.

*Ava busted through with a six-run top of the seventh inning to turn a one-run deficit into a five-run win. Hunter Strunk pitched seven innings with eight strikeouts for Ava. Dailyn Stanifer drove in three runs for the Bears. Aliyah Walker pitched all seven innings for Houston with three strikeouts.
