Springfield, Missouri – The Ozarks Lunkers, the newest addition to the Arena League football scene, proudly announce the appointment of Caleb Scott as their General Manager. 

A native of the Ozarks and an alumnus of New Covenant Academy, Caleb Scott brings a wealth of experience and passion for football to his leadership role, having excelled as a former football player at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar. 

Caleb Scott’s professional journey has been marked by remarkable achievements, notably as the owner of the highly-regarded Queen City Asylum, a team that gained national recognition. 

The Queen City Asylum made waves in indoor football, Eight (8) Man football, and most recently, Eleven (11) Man outdoor football, making a significant impact throughout the region. 

In addition to his sports ventures, Caleb is a respected local Realtor, an active contributor to the community through various non-profit ministries, and takes immense pride in being a devoted father. 

Expressing his excitement for his new role, Caleb stated, “I love this area, and I love football! It’s truly humbling to be a part of building something that the Ozark community, my family, and my son can take pride in.” 

As General Manager, Caleb Scott will commence his responsibilities immediately, focusing on assembling a formidable team, facilitating ticket sales, fostering partnerships with sponsors, offering exclusive game day suites, and establishing collaborations for the team’s success. 

Mark Burgess, Owner, and CEO of the Ozarks Lunkers, expressed his confidence in Caleb, stating, “Caleb begins his GM responsibilities this week, where he will be instrumental in shaping the Lunkers’ future. His passion for the sport and strong business acumen will undoubtedly drive the team to great heights.”
