Conway boys basketball has a new head coach for the third time in three years as Dayton Robison takes over a program coming off a six-win season. The program has not won double-digit games since 2019-20.
“I want us to compete,” Robison said. “This is a talented group I believe that struggled to be successful in the past, so we have to change the mindset in the way we do things.”
Tyler Vaughan and Brixon Bilyeu are two players Robison has high expectations for. Isaac Freeman and Cade Archer will also be counted on to make big plays.

Conway opens the season Nov. 27 through Dec. 2 at the Morrisville Tournament.
“My hope is that my team’s reputation is one that teams do not want to play us,” Robison said. “My hope is for us to be the most mentally tough team we play, and I want that to be shown in every aspect that we do thing here in Conway.”
