The 2024 Bass Pro Tournament of Champions title game is set with Paul VI (VA) set to face St. John Bosco (CA) at 9 pm on Saturday night at Great Southern Bank Arena on the campus of Missouri State.
Paul VI will look to win its third Bass Pro Tournament of Champions title after beating McEachern 48-37 in the final semifinal of Friday night.
McEachern scored the first basket of the game on a three-pointer just 16 seconds into the game. After a free throw at the 6:36 mark and a three-pointer at the 5:42 mark, the Panthers never trailed again.

Paul VI did a great job containing the No. 2 recruit in the nation Ace Bailey. Bailey picked up three first-half fouls and his fourth foul with 5:41 left in the third quarter which limited his time on the court. Bailey finished the game with just eight points after scoring 29 in the quarterfinal.
Paul VI was led by Darren Harris with 20 points on 7-for-14 shooting. Benjamin Hammond was the game’s only other double-digit scorer with 11 points for Paul VI.
St. John Bosco held off Edmond North in the second half for a 69-61 win in the semifinals.
The Braves built a lead as large as nine points in the first quarter and did not trail in the game until the 7:36 mark of the fourth quarter when Dontrell Yearby knocked down a three-pointer to give the Huskies a 48-45 lead.
St. John Bosco didn’t flinch.
The Braves jumped back in front on a Chris Komin three-pointer at the 5:09 mark of the fourth quarter and never trailed again.

Elize Harrington was a force for St. John Bosco with a game-high 28 points on 9-for-14 shooting from the field and 9-for-11 shooting from the free throw line. Jack Turner was the only other Brave in double figures with 14 points along with four assists.
Dylan Warlick led Edmond North with 18 points before fouling out. Xavier Ross had 13 points as the only other Husky in double figures.
