SPRINGFIELD, Mo.– The Drury Lady Panthers and back in the NCAA-II top 25 and ranked 23rd in this week’s coaches’ poll.
Drury is 18-4 and 12-3 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference and is in a tie for first atop the league standings. The Lady Panthers are on a ten-game winning streak dating back to Jan. 6.
Ashland (21-1), remains the number one ranked team in Division II. Grand Valley State (20-2), earned a first-place vote and jumped from the fourth to second spot. Thomas Jefferson (21-1), rounds out the top three, moving from the sixth to third spot in this week’s poll.
The Lady Panthers have six regular season games remaining this regular season with their next contest coming on Thursday when they play host to Missouri–St. Louis at 5:45 pm in the O’Reilly Family Event Center. Thursday is Drury’s annual Pink Out game to benefit the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.
