Lockwood had four different players score at least nine points on the way to a 59-42 win over Humansville. Henry Schnelle scored 24 points to lead Lockwood. Humansville’s Kade White matched Schnelle’s output with 24 points of his own.
Dadeville will look to win its second consecutive district title after holding off Halfway in a 61-57Â win. Aidan Jarman led Dadeville by scoring 32 of the Bearcats’ 61 points.
Lockwood and Dadeville played twice in the regular season with Lockwood winning both matchups. The first game was a 37-30 decision, and the second game was a 45-44 overtime game.
The two teams are very familiar with each other as this will be their 25th matchup since 2010. Lockwood leads the series 14-10 in that time.
