Skyline is one of the area’s most dominant basketball programs, and that was the theme throughout the Class 2 District 13 tournament.
Dominance.
Skyline won its semifinal game by 48 points.
The championship game against Marion C. Early was similarly as dominant with Skyline coming out with a 54-24 win.
The Lady Tiger defense didn’t allow MCE to score more than eight points in any quarter while Skyline’s offense posted 22 points in the first quarter and 27 in the second quarter.

Ashlen Garrett led all scorers with 27 points for the Lady Tigers.
Skyline will travel to face Northwest (Hughesville) in the sectional round on Monday. The Lady Tigers are ranked No. 1 in Class 2 while Northwest is ranked No. 6.
