Greenwood used a dominant first half to build a 45-25 lead over Southwest on the way to a 77-45 state sectional win.
Collin Clark was on fire for Greenwood to start the game with four first-quarter 3-pointers on his way to 14 points in the quarter and a game-high 29 points. Logan Sanders had an even bigger night from beyond the arc with seven 3-pointers in the win. Sanders scored 25 in the game. Garrett Winslow was also in double figures for Greenwood with 15 points.
Brendyn Paulsen and Kalen Holder led Southwest with 16 points each.
Greenwood (25-3) will host Thayer (21-8) in the Class 3 state quarterfinal round on Saturday.
