Former Missouri State men’s basketball coach Dana Ford has landed with Southern Methodist hoops.

SMU announced Thursday that Ford would join the Mustangs as an assistant coach.
Ford coached the Bears to a 106-82 record during his six seasons as Missouri State head coach.
