The Lebanon girls and Kickapoo boys claimed the final Ozark Conference team track championships on Wednesday in Waynesville.
Lebanon scored 107 points to beat host Waynesville by eight points. Glendale (98 points), Kickapoo (95 points) and West Plains (94 points) were packed closely behind Waynesville in third through fifth.
The Lady Yellowjackets had five event champions. Abigail Tague ran 2:25.81 to win the 800. Their 3200-meter relay team was the only other champion on the track running a 10:06.96.
In the field, Addyson Rebmann won the high jump with a mark of 1.57 meters. Ciaria Keeney won the discus with a throw of 35.95 meters. Brooklynn O’Cain gave Lebanon a second throws championship winning the javelin with a throw of 36.79.
Glendale finished third as a team, but led all teams with six event champions.
Gabrielle Pitts led all individual athletes with three individual titles winning the 100 (12.29), 200 (26.23) and long jump (5.52). Aryah Moore dominated the hurdles winning the 100’s in a time of 15.22 and the 300’s in a time of 46.43.
The Lady Falcons finished out the meet by winning the 1600-meter relay in a time of 4:08.83.
Rolla’s Alessandra Obrist won the pole vault with a height of 2.90 meters. Jessica Mace gave Rolla its other individual title with a throw of 11.56 meters to win the shot put.
Waynesville was the only other team with multiple event champions winning the 400-meter relay in a time of 49.79. Nalyjah Madison won the 400 for the Tigers with a time of 60.16.
Central’s Alexandria Li (5:25.58) and Kickapoo’s Alayna Stewart (11:54.49) won the 1600 and 3200-meter runs.
West Plains won the 800-meter relay in a time of 1:47.38.
Bolivar’s Kami Bryan won the triple jump with a leap of 10.88 meters.
Kickapoo used its depth to hold off host Waynesville to win the boys team title with a total of 134.5 to Waynesville’s 121.5.
Kickapoo got wins from Steven Banks in the 400 (51.07), Morgan Nicholls in the shot put (16.14 meters) and the 400-meter relay team (42.62).
The host Tigers had meet-best seven event champions.
Brandon Howard ran a 10.92 to win the 100. Jayzen Blake swept the hurdles with a time of 14.87 in the 110s and 41.65 in the 300s. Tyrell Phinn took the 800 in a time of 1:53.27. The final track championship came in the 1600-meter relay with a time of 3:26.96.
Jonathan Hedrick swept the horizontal jumps with leaps of 7.06 in the long jump and 14.23 in the triple jump.
Rolla had three individual champions with Cameron Martensen sweeping the distance events in winning the 1600 (4:18.42) and 3200 (9:42.06). Rolla’s lone field event title came from Demarii Williams with a throw of 43.91.
Central’s Dalvin Adams won the final individual track title taking the 200 with a time of 22.44.
West Plains won the 800-meter relay in a time of 1:29.45. Lebanon claimed the 3200-meter relay title in a time of 8:13.99.
Kyle Eidson won the high jump with a height of 1.95 meters. Maddux NeSmith gave Bolivar its lone individual title winning the pole vault with a height of 4.20 meters. Hillcrest’s Aiden Myers won the javelin with a throw of 49.86.
