Missouri State, Auburn Announce 2027 Game Date

AUBURN, Ala. – Missouri State University and Auburn University have finalized a football game contract for the 2027 season, the schools announced Wednesday (Oct. 30).

The Bears will visit the 88,000-seat Jordan-Hare Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 4, 2027. The game will be the first-ever meeting between the programs.

Missouri State will officially join Conference USA as an FBS member on July 1, 2025. The conference portion of Missouri State’s inaugural CUSA season will be announced by the league at a later date. The Bears have previously announced four non-conference games for the 2025 season.

The Auburn game is the first non-conference game announced by MSU for 2027.
