The Thayer boys basketball team is heading to a fourth consecutive final four after beating Lamar 67-39 in the Class 3 state quarterfinal round.
The host Bobcats were in control throughout taking a 25-8 lead after on quarter and 36-15 lead at the half.
Devin Harrington and Hollis Deckard paced a balanced Thayer scoring attack with 16 points each. Branson Prince added 13 while Easton Pitts scored 11 points to give Thayer four players in double figures.

Talon Timmons led Lamar with 14 points.
Thayer will play in its fourth consecutive final four and eighth in program history. The Bobcats have finished third in each of the past three seasons.
Thayer (24-4) faces KIPP KC Legacy (17-9) at 12 pm on Mar. 12 in Columbia at Mizzou Arena.
