Brooks posted to Twitter that he committed to Missouri State after one year at Missouri Southern.
Just two seasons ago Brooks was Class 6 Co-Player of the Year and all O-zone boys basketball player of the year.
He won the dunk contest at the Tournament of Champions and led his team to a blue and gold championship as well as the final four.
While at Missouri Southern he averaged 13.1 points per game and even scored 21 when the Lions faced the Bears.
