Ari Acuff, Kickapoo  CLICK HERE TO READ MORE ABOUT ACUFF

A 2016 Female Athlete of the Year finalist, Acuff finished second at the Class 2 state tournament at Rivercut following a late Day 2 rally. She placed in the Top 5 at sectionals, runner-up at districts and won the Ozark Conference Tournament. Acuff also received all-state golf honors as a sophomore in 2014. In the winter, she was the top reserve for Kickapoo’s state championship basketball team. Acuff is also a three-year starter at goalkeeper for the Chiefs’ soccer team.

Meredith Sharp, Greenwood – CLICK HERE FOR A 2016 FEATURE ON SHARP

The three-time state qualifier tied for 25th at the Class 1 tournament last fall. Sharp tied for 7th at sectionals and placed 3rd at districts. A multi-sport athlete, she is a varsity starter for Greenwood’s basketball team.

Lyndsey Standage, Rogersville – CLICK HERE FOR A 2015 & 2013 FEATURE ON STANDAGE

Standage was as steady as they come on the course, qualifying for state all four seasons and earning an all-state distinction the last three. In her senior campaign, Standage finished runner-up in Class 1 by two strokes. She won her sectional tournament and was runner-up at districts.

Amber Wilson, Camdenton — CLICK HERE FOR A 2016 FEATURE ON WILSON

Wilson was in the No. 1 slot for a Camdenton team that won its conference tournament and qualified for state in Class 2. She was runner-up in her conference tournament, first at districts and second at sectionals. At state, Wilson – a sophomore – tied for 15th to earn all-state honors.
