The following rules must be followed at all times by fans and spectators while in attendance at an NCAA Championship event. Failure to comply with these rules may result in ejection from the event and venue.
- Fans must wear a face covering or mask at all times (Drury does not allow gaiter-style face coverings on its campus).
- Fans must remain physically distant from other families or groups when moving throughout the venue and while waiting in a line.
- Fans must remain in their “seating pod” with their family or group and remain physically distanced from others when moving throughout the spectator seating area. Sitting with another group or family is prohibited.
- Fans and family members are not permitted to interact with any student-athletes, coaches, team personnel, or officials at any time.
- Student-athlete or team personnel autographs are not permitted.
- Fans are encouraged to review venue health and safety guidelines prior to arrival.
Due to the COVID—19 guidelines set by the NCAA, seating capacity will be significantly reduced for the Division II Women’s Basketball Midwest Regional.
When can I buy tickets?
COVID-19 guidelines in place from the NCAA require extremely limited building access to the O’Reilly Family Event Center during the week of March 7th to minimize risk of disease transmission for personnel and student-athletes. Due to those guidelines, tickets will be available to purchase online only.
March 8th – Tickets will go on-sale to family members/guests of women’s basketball student-athletes at 8am online only. Family members/guests of student-athletes will be contacted separately via email regarding tickets. Tickets will go on-sale to Drury students beginning at 8am online only. Students will receive a discount code to purchase tickets via email. Students will only be able to purchase student tickets in section 101.
March 9th – Tickets will go on-sale to all Drury season ticket holders and suite holders online only beginning at 8am. Season ticket holders from the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons will be eligible to purchase tickets at this time.
March 11th – Tickets will go on-sale to the general public.
I’m a Drury suite-holder, when/how can I purchase tickets?
Suite-holders will be eligible to purchase tickets beginning March 9th at 8am. You’ll receive suite-specific information via email.
I’m a season ticket holder, how do I purchase my tickets online on March 9th?
On Thursday, March 4th, you will receive a password via email that will allow you to purchase tickets, along with a link to the ticket website. We will also provide step-by-step instructions via email as well.
I’m a season ticket holder but I’m not sure I’m on the email list?
If you’ve been receiving emails from Drury Panthers regarding basketball news and upcoming events, we’ve got you on our list.
If you don’t get an email from us on March 4th or you don’t receive our emails, please contact us at tickets@drury.edu or 417-873-7000 and we’ll get you added to the distribution list.
What will seating be like?
To best accommodate the COVID-19 and NCAA guidelines, all tickets will be assigned seating. Groups of mostly 2 and 4 seats will be available to purchase online. To help accommodate the NCAA COVID-19 guidelines, you must purchase an entire group of consecutive, open seats together. For example, if there is a group of two seats, you must purchase both seats. If there is a group of four seats, you must purchase all four seats, etc.
How do I purchase/select my seats online?
- First, click the link in your email or go to drurypanthers.com and click “buy tickets” under the “tickets” tab.
- Click the green “get tickets” button next to the game or all-session pass you’d like to purchase.
- From here, a seating chart will appear. Click on your desired section to view available seats.
- A detailed map of the section will appear. Available seats will be shown as blue/purple dots. Select your desired seats – they’ll turn into green checkmarks as you select them. Be sure to select all consecutive, open seats or you won’t be able to add them to your cart. You MUST purchase an entire group of blue/open seats that are together without leaving any other seats open in that group. For example, if a group of 4 seats shows as available, you must add ALL FOUR seats to your cart.
- Click the “add tickets” button at the bottom of the screen.
- Your default delivery method will be “Print at Home” only. More directions on receiving tickets is in another section.
- Click continue and from there you’ll be taken to the checkout screen. Please enter your information, including credit card info. Please double check that your email is correct – this is how you’ll receive your tickets.
- Click purchase
Due to the COVID-19 guidelines in place from the NCAA, spectator seating must be a minimum 20ft from the court. The first open row of seats will be row H in all sections.
Will all sections be available to purchase?
No. Per NCAA guidelines, sections 109 and 111 will be reserved for family members and guests of student-athletes. Section 101 will be reserved for Drury students.
How many tickets will be sold each game?
The NCAA guidelines define site occupancy – including all gameday personnel, players, and fans – to be less than 25% capacity. The number of tickets that will be sold for each game will be extremely limited based on these guidelines and to accommodate 6ft between each group of open seats.
How much are tickets?
Tickets will be sold on a per-game basis. We will clear the arena between each game for cleaning/disinfection.
Individual Game Ticket: $12
Drury Student Individual Game Ticket: $4
All-Session Ticket: $25 per person
Age 2 and under are free with a ticketed adult and must sit on a lap.
I’ve purchased my tickets online, now what?
When you purchase tickets online, you’ll receive an email confirmation from eTix with your order information. You have the following options:
- From a computer, open your email confirmation from eTix and click the button that says “View Tickets”. Your tickets will open in a new screen and you can print your tickets out using your home printer.
- If you utilize this option, make sure you’ve printed each ticket in your order and not just the first page.
- Please make sure your printer has adequate ink or your barcode will not scan.
- You can use your smartphone as your ticket! Simply open your email confirmation from eTix and click the button that says “View Tickets”. Your tickets will open in a new screen and you can view your tickets. You also have the option to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or share them with someone else by clicking the up arrow in the corner.

I’m a Drury student, how can I get tickets?
A ticket purchase link and code will be sent to Drury students via email from the Dean of Students. Drury students will be able to purchase tickets on Monday, March 8th at 8am. Students will only be able to purchase student tickets in section 101.
I’m a family member/guest of a women’s basketball student-athlete how do I get tickets?
Family members/guests of student-athletes will be contacted separately via email regarding tickets.

Facility Information
Will all entrances be open like a normal Drury basketball game?
No. The north main lobby of the O’Reilly Family Event Center will be the only entry point for spectators to create one-way entry/exit points according to the NCAA COVID-19 guidelines.
Spectators may exit the building using marked exit doors, including the west and south entrances.
The lower ticket office entrance/athletics office entrance will be closed for entry/exit and can only be utilized by gameday personnel.
When will doors open for each game?
Doors will open 1 hour prior to tipoff of each game. If you are attending an 8:45pm game on either Friday or Saturday, you may not enter the seating area until after the conclusion and egress of fans from the 6pm game.
Will The Lair be open to donors?
No. The Lair will not be open due to COVID-19 restrictions.
What safety measures will be put in place?
Hand sanitizing stations will be located throughout the facility. High traffic/touch points, including restrooms, will be disinfected often and between games. Seating will be disinfected after each game. Groups of open seats will be distanced 6ft from other open seats. Masks are required for all spectators and gameday personnel.
If I buy an All-Session Pass, do I have to leave the arena after each game?
Yes, to allow for COVID-19 cleaning procedures set in place from the NCAA, we must clear the arena after each game.
Where can I park?
Event parking lots will be open on a first come, first served basis. Donor parking passes from the 2019-20 season will not be valid for this event. Available lots include Lot #7, #12, #4. This includes the lot directly south of the O’Reilly Family Event Center, and the parking lots south and north of Harrison Stadium.
Please note, due to construction the parking lot south of Central Ave will not be open.
Are masks required?
Yes. Masks are required by all spectators and must be worn at all times, covering your mouth and nose. Drury University does not allow gaiter-style face coverings on its campus.
What if my child is under age 12, do they have to wear a mask?
Yes. Per the NCAA COVID-19 guidelines, all fans must wear a face mask at all times.
