2016 Class 3 All-State Softball Selections
Class 3 ended up being the area's most decorated all-state softball class for 2016, with one first-team selection from Rogersville and three second-team selections from Monett, Reeds Spring and West Plains.
2016 Class 3—District 9-12 All-Region Softball Team
Monett and Rogersville led all area teams with four first- and second-team all-region selections in Class 3—Districts 9-through-12.

Class 3—District 11 champion West Plains had four players selected to the all-district softball team. Reeds Spring led the field with nine all-district selections.
